Need a good starting bin for a 88 GTA Manual car, car is a 383 with HSR with a TKO600

One of the vette bin's should be a good start no? Bin name?

All I can find sofar is automatic bin's, not manual

What editor are you using? If you have aluminum heads, you can start with the ARAP bin, and just flip the bit for manual vs automatic. Also, if you had read the tech article on prom tuning, you could find out more information like the location of the bin library at ftp://ftp.diy-efi.org/pub/gmecm/bin_...%206E%2094/6E/
