with winaldl i would see an active IAC data in CL idle with resulting surge at 124 BLM. OL idle was much better with less surge.
added EBL with changes in EBL.bin from my prior data and still see surging BUT that is due to lean BLM and not yet well tuned. (3rd VE learn)
Q? is that i am not seeing IAC activity on digital whats up dash at CL idle. even with surging idle. is that not a bit odd?
did i some how disable IAC when i made a few adjustments?

If it is a small quick surge it may be that the IAC isn't going to move. I'd need to see a data log to really know what is going on.
If you know what areas of the VE table are lean you can richen them up a little by hand.
