First time to use Craig's software

I got my car back up and running last night after the fuel pump change. I've got an AKM cable and am ready to hook up my laptop and run Craig's software for the first time. I ran it in diagnostic mode to take a look...what's LV-8 Load, MAT, and where is the indicator for open/closed loop? Is there a one stop source for a breakdown on the acronyms? My car is idling about 450 rpm higher after it really heats up. The idle is about 700 rpm and lopey, but probably normal for this cam, when the temp gauge is at 180. After 30 min. of driving last night, I was pulling back in the garage and noticed a much higher idle and almost a surging effect. The temp was now about 200. I was having to stand on the brakes a little. I guess I'll no much more tonight when I hook up the scanner.

Sorry I can't answer your scan tool question, I am still trying to figure it out myself. Do you know what your car will pull in the 1/4? I have simular mods on my Camaro? Just wondering.

I haven't been to the track yet. I'm still on the stock 90K mile tranny, and I can't get a consistent WOT 2-3 shift. Using the data logged with Craig's software, I've graphed my rpm vs. mph on 0-100 mph runs. I'm losing about 2 sec. waiting on the 1-2 and 2-3 shift, so I'm going to get a rebuild before any 1/4 mile times. My last car was a '94 Trans Am with all the bolt ons and gears, and I can tell you I feel this car would give it a good spanking.
