My learn cell won't move

After unlocking my BLM today, my learn cell won't move from 4. Its also causing some goofy BLM readings at idle. Where I used to be 126-128 I am anyhere from 110 to 140. If its 110 and I get on it (non PE) The BLM stays at 110 and the INT goes to 165 but the cell does not move when it should be in about cell 14 or 15. Is this part of the learning cycle? Three other prople have told me that unlocking the BLM can casue some wierd things. Two of the guys have Vettes like me and they have to keep their INT locked so the car runs right. I should also mention that when the NT is locked, the cells move normally. Any comments?

This is probably a stupid question but have you tried unplugging the ecm for a minute? It could be that something isn't resetting. Considering your frustration I'm assuming you've tried this. Sorry that's all I've got.

FYI mine did the same thing, I unplugged the ECM from the harness, didn't help, it wasn't until I disconnected the (+) side of the battery and reconnected it did it start working again.
