Force open loop in $6E?

Force open loop in $6E?
How do I do it? Need to tweak Open loop Idle before moving on to Closed.

Change the constant "Closed Loop Fuel Enable Coolant Temp" to it's maximum value (151*C). Then the ECM will never detect a coolant temp high enough to enable closed loop.
