ARAP MPH Question
I have noticed after switching to the ARAP bin that while looking at my scan tool my MPH is never zero. At stop it's like 0.6 something. Using the stock code my MPH is 0.0. What would cause this, and will it mess any of the calculations up? I am using 29C256 flash proms. What gives??
