maf vs. rpm table "tuner cat 6e" (diag)

should these reading be actual readings that I receive via the scan tool per the rpm's listed on this table???

also what will this effect?

That table is just for diagnostics. If the MAF sensor reads an airflow value higher than the value at that RPM in the table, then it'll set off an SES code for the MAF sensor reading high. I wouldn't worry about them unless you have a built-up engine that might max out the sensor, or even max it out before the table does.
