I will have the stuff to burn my own prom soon.That is true about these mechanics scared of an eprom.I did beat a 99 t/a ws6 ls1 auto yeterday.My car exceeds my personel expectations.Thanks for replying and I will be bothering you more when I get the hardware to burn.

Your other post is on the Tech Board (if you haven't looked), which is the proper place for it. All my other answers will be there, because you have even a greater problem with MAF and your setup. Which I will gladly answer on the Tech General Board.

Since it you are using a 1985 ECM, it is probably the least modifiable of the MAF ecms. You can look at converting to either the 165 MAF or SD.

Hey, Formula- could you let me know how you make out with the setup? I have a '71 400sbc that I have been trying to figure out how to make a TPI setup work on it. Anybody else with advice for this? Thanx
