I had to take the timing down to -6 below 2,000 rpm with my FBod to get it to leave clean. Try taking a bunch of timing out below the stall / flash speed of the converter. You'll proably go way down in % TPS for PE. To get the GN to leave cleanly I have the first step of PE at 11%, then the next one at 18%. Timing is like 12d til 2200 rpm.
AE enrichments are just about a lost resort for me.

Like I already told you in an email, the Tunercat ECM definition file does not have the pump shot tables. At least the version I have does not. GMEPro has all of them. You can buy GMEPro for from Terry Kelly. Do a search to find his email address. Maybe write to Tunercat and ask him to include them. Of course you can do what I'm doing and ditch the Miniram altogether in favor of a ported and extrude honed SuperRam.

I have encountered situations where the SuperRam also exhibited a minor form of this off-idle lean problem. What I can say is that my '90 (730) seems to run just fine with the MiniRam and a big cam after tuning. I really don't have any complaints about how my car feels at part throttle or the transition to WOT.

Yea I know there are those that like the Miniram. I had a SR on my car before the MR and had no problems at all. The very day I put the MR on I had problems. Trax, if you drove my car the way its tuned now you would think I'm crazy for switching. My tip in problem is only present after coasting in decel mode and then adding throttle. At that point is where the tip in hesitation is now. The swap is just something I have to do. One positive thing about the MR is that I learned a heck of a lot about tuning.

Jason,
Did you ever figure out that popping through the exhaust when you shifted? I experience the same problem, I was running a auto chip with my changes but have since switched over to a manual chip with my changes and it works MUCH better but for some reason it pops when shifting, but only sometimes.

About the MR, I don't have any experience but the SR does work pretty well. Just remember, when you switch back, your going to have the PITA install of the SR. I'm ripping my motor out this winter so I can get a ZZ4 shortblock to put all of my goodies on(missing the number 6 cylinder still). BUT, I'm going to cut my injector harnesses back before the SR and put a weather tight plug on it so that I can pull the motor without having to take the SR off to unplug the injectors.

Leirch, Yes I fixed that. I was using an auto bin and switched to a manual bin. The base bin I'm using is the 90 Vette Manual L98.

Regarding the Pump shot

I am running a 58mm witha miniram and had a stumble problem with my 6spd. I found that raising my pump shot to 100% on the first three parameters and upping my timing on my KPa map fixed the stumble problem. The diacom was also saying way lean on the tip up which is why I added fuel there. Granted with the 6spd it may be more forgiving than the autos. Just thought I would throw it out there.
