Software Scan tools... Other than Craig's...
I just wanted to see if there were other "free" or inexpensive options available for pulling data from my computer. I have bought a copy of tunercat, (its in the mail now) and hear that is very windows based and easy to translate... How about a similar scan program that is windows based and nice to work with? Any ideas are appreciated here.

There is "freeware" available for the SD 7730 ECM. It is based on Turbo Pascal 7, but Borland no longer makes/distributes Turbo Pascal so I am looking for a compatible complier to try it out.
However, it is DOS based, but for communications with the ECM, I prefer DOS over Windows as Windows has a tendency to "lock" or "drop data".
If I cannot find a Turbo Pascal 7.0 Compiler (or compatible), I may talk to the "author" about converting it to C++. Those complilers are readily available and dirt cheap.
