anyway to disable 747 closed loop without tuning?

Still fighting this truck, and still have not found time to send it to craig to have adapter soldered in.. just wondering if anyone knew a way to quickly disable closed loop for a test. it seems to run fine openloop but takes a $hit when warm.. All sensors seem fine, changed IAC, MAP,O2,temp.
against my better judgement, but out of ideas..
There may be a leak on D/S manifold that could deffinetly cause problem.

Problem is:
idles great - put in gear and it stumbles and dies, part throttle driving sux - same typ thing feels like miss, no power, surging.. manifolds are real, real hot from running so rich.

TPS output is smooth and linear also.

Not sure if unplugging the O2 sensor may cause other driveability issues, but if it does, get a resistor (or a reostat) and plug it into the CTS connector.

I cannot remember the specific resistor levels that correspond to specific C* (40-50* C is what you should be looking for). I believe 1.4K will be be low enough to cause the programming to keep in open loop without being so low to cause it cause over fueling.
