700R4 Downshift?
Is there a way to burn a PROM so the 700R4 tranney won't downshift into 3rd at WOT? Thanks

No. The only thing in the tranny controlled by the ECM is the converter lockup.
The answer you are looking for is over at the tranny board. Do a search for downshift. Its been discussed before.
