Hey another newb question. I have access to an old laptop but it does not have a usb port. Instead it has a serial data connector. What im wondering is can I run the ALDU1 from moates with an adapter to the serial port??? I can get the adapter from a local computer shop but not sure if this will work?? Just need some expert advice please. It says on moates site that it will not work with a serial port, but is that just because of how it hooks up?? or does it need to be powered etc?? Thanks again
