If there aren't any parameters for EGR in TP, then your code doesn't support EGR. It is a pre-EGR release.
In this case since the ECM's EGR output is being used as N2O control, unplug the electrical connector from the EGR solenoid. That way there is no way the ECM can command the EGR on.
