Re: Where can i get a cable?
Moates (www.moates.net) has cables to connect laptops to the car. ALDU1+CABL1 would be what you need for any OBD1 GM up to 1993. Then TunerPro RT to datalog (www.tunerpro.net), this will be the easiest to get to run set-up. For the .ADS file you can download that either on tunerpro.net or more likely to find the proper .ADS for your car on moates.net in the fileman section (link near the bottom of the nav bar).
You could also make your own cable from the many plans that are on the net for such, if your laptop has a serial port. I haven't found any online USB based make your own plans.
