TunerproRT excel file....

IF the Tunerpro log creates an excel file, wouldn't it be simple enough to create the formulas so it automatically sorts and finds the appropriate values for all the fuel tables?

Does this already exist somewhere?

Yes. Search on VEPhD, VEMaster, "Auto Tune", etc.
