why won't checksum update?

why won't checksum update?
Using Tunerpro RT, 8d_v03 definition, and a stock readout of AXXC bin...
First time working with a 730...tried making some changes, and when i saved it i got an error saying:
"Error - One or more checksums could not be updated. Check checksum addressing, etc, for validity."
No idea where to go from here, any help would be appreciated.

Do a quick search for "AXXC Bins no good??? "
You may have an issue with the bin file.
There is a newer file posted there (AXXD)
