1228079 prom damaged??

1228079 prom damaged??
Hi,
Yesterday tried to read prom from my ccc ecu.
I used Willem programmer with jumper setting to 2732
(I thing 24 pin prom is 2732)
in bin file i ve got lots of 0x04 and 0x06.
Have I identified prom ic correctly? If so my prom is damaged, isn't it.
Also would like to know what microcontroller was used in 1228079.
(google says nothing, and on all ic marked as delco part numbers)
