$6E Inj.size in PE-mode
Hi.. Its been a while since I was working with 6E code.....
Does the inj.size constant affect the PE vs RPM?
(if I change the inj.size should I also change the PE vs RPM to get the same BPW?)
/N.

I don't believe you need to change the PE vs RPM table with an injector size change.
Isn't the PE vs RPM table a modifier to the stoich AFR?

Changing injector size/constant will effect everything open loop and PE.
Do you mean matching the constant to the actual injector size or adjusting the constant for tuning, then recalibrating the PE?

If I change to say 20% bigger injectors should I lower the PE vs RPM by 20% to get the same AFR as before the Inj.change. (in theory speaking)

No just change the injector constant, bigger injectors will spray more fuel at the same pulse width or the same amount of fuel at a smaller pulse width.
As the injector size increases (with a matching change to the chip constant) the injector DC decreases, as does the pulse widths. AFR will stay the same (open loop)(closed loop blm's will stay the same)
With an increase in injector size (with no change to the chip constant) the DC stays the same, as does the pulse width. (open loop will increase fuel) (closed loop O2 feedback will decrease the pulse width and the Blm's).
Except for my car 24# injectors and 50# fuel pressure, stock 22# chip, it runs 160 to 128 Blm's Go figure.
