I am still having this same problem, I have corrected the idle and tryed many different bins. Could it be somethin mechanical? Has anyone had this probem?

Triple check everything is set right both mechanically and electrically chip wise.

Fuel pressure, injector size, etc and so on

With tuerpro, what do you look at in the bin to see what the injector size is?

I have 22lb injectors and foud out that the injector flow rate is 25.08, that would make a difference! I will change it to 22.08, Will this be correct?

It would make a difference. However, no, that would cause the BLM's to increase.

The blm should be between 132 and 126? I have 22 lb injectors, what should the flow rate be???

Re: 90 350 HSR BLM 96?

You should set the injector flow rate in the calibration to what the injectors actually are. Or darn close to it.

If you lower the flow rate the PW will increase and the BLMs will go lower, if not already bottomed.

Who is doing the tuning?

RBob.

Re: 90 350 HSR BLM 96?

the prom was programmed by AFI, I sent it back once to be retuned, I still have a rough idle and blm's in the 90's. I talked to Kevin at AFI, he said they have'nt dealt with the holley stealth ram, could the tune be that different on a hsr than a factory tpi? I have checked all machanical so I am checking the tune on the prom, but I don't want to get into a BIGGER mess. I can't figure it out..

Re: 90 350 HSR BLM 96?

I tryed pluges, wires, no luck. Now I have been reading stickyes from TRAXION, he talks about higher duration on a camshaft, lower vacuum and moding the lower ve table. My cam is .444 in, ex with duration @ .050 is 212 in, 218 ex lobe lift .2960 in, .2960 ex, lobe seperation of 114.0, with a holley stealth ram intake. Now I have tryed the S_AUJP_CCP_v2.BIN with the same, bottomed out BLM, is there a better bin to start with, from, or am I going with trial and error, I have a long way to go before I can mod any of this, I really need help!!!

Re: 90 350 HSR BLM 96?

I did more datalogging, TPS-.57, coolant-84.5c, MAP-1.84v, MAP-45.04kpa, AFR-14.73, O2goes from 84 to 937 and 255 crosses, INT is 121 to 126, BLM is 90, block learn cell is 5, injector pulse width is 1.5, IAC 0, spark/ TDC-14 to 24 degrees, spark/ ref pulse 9 to 19 degrees, I got a knock count of 7? This is at idle 700 RPM, seems the timming is irratic at best. I would like to know what to try next, thank you for all your input, I need to resolve this so I can drive.
