BlueTooth tuning
For anyone that has a BT enabled Auto Prom or Ostrich, and a BT cell phone, do you experiance any interferance?
The reason I ask is because I am planning on adding a BT handsfree kit to my car for my phone, but then realized that once I add BT to my Ostrich that all devices will be found at least (I think I can change that setting), and am a little worried that there might be some interferance.
I don't think it will be an issue, since everything has to be linked, but would rather know what kind of problems I'd experiance before hand and possible solutions. I don't want to spend the money on the BT module just to find out I have to go back to wired due to interferance.
TIA

Re: BlueTooth tuning
I doubt that you would have any interference issues. Bluetooth uses 79 channels and they are constantly changing very quickly, so it is very unlikely that the two devices would end up on the same frequency. If there was interference, and noise was introduced into the signal, the receiver would have the transmitter re-send the data.
