Here is a screen shot of all of my parameters currently in my AXXF bin.

All of the settings are based on stock settings. No matter what though, driving with my notebook hooked up running at full temp, I can NOT get my EGR Duty Cycle to go past 0.05%!!!!

WTF am I missing? My EGR and solenoids are brand new GM parts. Over the weekend I stripped my engine down to the heads just to replace all of the gaskets and clean EVERYTHING to be sure my EGR passages are clear and double check all of the vacuum lines and everything.

I failed smog for a NOx reading of 1400ppm and I'm allowed only 700ppm.

Since doing my top end I have NOT gotten a code 32 which I used to get easily but at the same time I can't verify data logging that my EGR is working either.

Thoughts?
