What cable and software do I need and part #'s

Getting started to collect data from ECM. Need assistance with cable, software etc... where, part #'s etc...

If you could post the ECM # and vehhilce injection system it is helpful. Different ones require different setups.

90 IROC, TPI ECM last 3 #'s 196. 12pin OBD1 connector.
