Usually all that needs to be done is to un-check the DTC 43 flag and zero out the maximum allowed retard tables. Can also set the CTS threshold high just to be sure.

Are you sure its false knock? Removing the knock sensor while you're getting real detonation is a good way to ruin an engine.
