I got the autoprom and adapter from moates.net. I also got a few chips, too. I got tunerpro RT from the same place. I am new to tuning also, but this setup has worked pretty good so far. The autoprom, adapter, datalog cable, chips and tunerpro was about $420. I have a dell laptop and everything plugs into the USB.

For the MAF TPI set ups only need to change a few pins and add a MAP sensor. The original MAF can stay but will no longer be used. The pin changes are just moving a few in the ECM harness connector. And then using the original MAF wires for the MAP sensor.
The EBL ECM should have the optional Port Mod installed.for a TPI set up. This changes the injector firing rate to the proper once per revolution of a MPFI system (which TPI is).
