Is this bin no good?
I recently upgraded from the '85 TPI computer to an '89 165. I got it together, and now it runs like garbage and has no power at all. I figure it could be one of two things:
1. I screwed up somthing in the wiring (I had to rush)
2. The eprom I am currently using is a stock (ABUN) '87 TPI auto trans prom.
Would the fact that my car has a relatively larger cam (stock '85 and 1.6 rockers) than the peanut cam in the '87 present a problem?
The only other major difference would be that my car is a manual, and the prom is for an auto.
Also, I heard somewhere on here that 85' had larger injectors? This could present a problem if that is the case. As far as I know, all 305 cars had 19lb injectors.
Any insight into any of this would be great!

Perform the IAC reset and the TPS reset procedures.
Adjust to get the IAC counts down around 20 or less at idle.
Run some datalogs and confirm all the sensors are reading within correct ranges.
As an example, A miswired temp sensor alone could cause difficulty.
Confirm all mechanicals and signals going in before suspecting the program.
Is your timing bypass unplugged?
