What changes should I make in Tunerpro when all emmision gear removed
What changes should I make in Tunerpro for an L98 TPI MAP car (1990 Corvette) when all emmissions gear has been removed (cats, smog pump EGR)?

With no cats, you may have to adjust the VE tables some as they may be a touch lean now. Zero out the tables for EGR and charcoal canister if you've removed it.

If you've removed the AIR pump, you'll also need to disable the O2 voltage offset in teh constants table. Factory has it set at 100 mV. Go ahead and zero that out.
In Tunercat, this parameter is labeled:
AIR Divert O2 mV Rich/Lean Thresh. Reduc.
May also want to disable the error flag EGR sensor diagnostic (Code 32) to avoid the check engine light coming on.
For a street car (not sure if that's what yours is), I'm not really in favor of removing emissions equipment. There's no significant benefit to removing it. Heck, on my 1971 Camaro, I actually went out of my way to put some on!

Thanks for the info.
Feedback from Tunercat is as follows:
1. Set the EGR %TPS Enable Threshold and EGR %TPS Disable Threshold values to the maximum
2. Set the EGR Diagnostic Minimum Vehicle Speed to the maximum
3. Set the Canister Purge - Coolant Temp Enable to the maximum
4. Set the AIR Divert Enable Coolant Temp to the maximum
Then if you get any error codes just disable the corresponding diagnostic in the switch table.

Thanks. Presume by disabling air as per Tunercat instructions below that it acheives the same as you have mentioned.

Interesting thing is that they do a one off emmissions test here when a car is first registered and it passed with no emmissions gear. Only a 18000mile car so that would have helped.
