I'm running the $61 and getting a surging problem. I don't know my exact fuel pressure, but I know its more than 18psi on 55#. at 135 bpc it would barely get to 3k rpm, but I had great low speed torque. I set it for 107 and my idle was erratic and had mid range power. I set it to 113 and have my tip in power/torque but my higher rpms just don't feel smooth like before (4k-5k). What am I missing?

You can change the BPC for a change in the injector flow rate. But you also need to change the AE tables.
Now once you changed the cam then the VE tables are off. So those also need to be tuned.
Note that 5.7l injectors are either 61 #/hr, 65 #/hr or 68 #/hr.

Awesome! So, me having a surging problem is a lean/rich effect above 4k? I ran the numbers a while back and have 61#. will double check. I'm checking on my fuel pressure today.Originally Posted by RBob
