EBL won't go to closed loop

I reflashed today and fixed my SES light issue but while I was waiting for it to warm up for my first VE learn it just never went into closed loop.... My CTS never got above 180, but that seems to be enough for where the temp limits are set in the BIN. (I think... why are they metric anyway?)
What am I missing here?

Can't seem to be able to attach the .dat file

Re: EBL won't go to closed loop

To attach a .dat file zip it first. Sometimes it is better to post a zip of the .ebl dump output. This way anyone can look at it in a text viewer.

To go closed loop the O2 sensor needs to be good and hot. A single wire sensor isn't going to work at idle & low speeds with long tube headers. Need a 3-wire heated sensor.

Yeah...
My headers are shorties.
I have one I haven't installed yet. I was getting a signal from the O2 sensor, 450-460Mv at idle. The signal reacted when I reved the motor.
I'll zip the dat.

Thanks again for your patience.

It may warm up enough when the vehicle is being driven. Depends how far back from the headers it is. Being shorties if it is in the collector a drive should heat it up enough.

Thanks,
I'll get my heated sensor in ASAP and try again.
BTW, even in the basic tune with no changes.... the car is idling better right now then it did stock. That's pretty awesome.............
