Any help with speed density tuning

I am new to tuning and this is what I got,
I got a 90 corvette 6 speed manual (speed density).
I currently have built a 383 with the 113 factory heads with a port job and I am changing out the tune port with a LT1 conversion intake with 30lbs injectors with a 08-503-8 comp cams cam and getting rid of the A.I.R. system this what I know so far

Air Enable min temp. set to max to get rid of the A.I.R.

Injector flow rate set to 30lbs

cylinder volume change it for the CID change

I was told that LT1 intake needs more accel enrichment but I am unsure which table I need to change?

I am just trying to get in the ball park to get it running.
I am using the XDF file $8D but it looks like it is for a automatic trans is there any set up for manual trans?
Also I would like to get rid of VATS and this XDF file has alot of VATS, vats TCC-R 4th what is this is this tcc?( torque converter clutch) and what does vats has to do with the transmission???
Should I buy the tunercats, or is there another XDF file that I need?
I would love some feed back Thank you,

Can try to find a bin file for a stock 90-91 L98 vette since they were manuals and L98's using speed density. That could be a good place to start.

Vats, switch 16 bit 4 should be for vats. Thats the only one set for vats in 8D that I see. Uncheck that and it should work.

Try to get the motor to start with stock VE table and if you can get it started, work from there to scale the table as needed. Once it idles on its own, its just a matter of adjusting the VE table to provide smooth fuel curve.

Getting a base bin to start a motor combination is the hardest part.
