Learn Control

I have a flag in my $6E (Tunerpro v5) that allows the dash to display the Learn Control flag, either 'On' or 'Off'. It always stays 'off' also called 'disabled'

Does this mean my ECU is not 'learning,' and if so, what does that mean for me or my tune? I saw it flash 'on' once, but just for a millisecond. What values in the scalars or tables would possibly cause this to stay off? Car enters closed loop correctly if that matters

Re: Learn Control

Is this an extraordinarily dumb question? Can someone shed light on this issue for me?

Re: Learn Control

If you see your blm's change than it is "learning" new long term settings.

I think it's just a quiet spell.

Re: Learn Control

Thank you, yes car enters closed loop, int and blms begin changing, however I guess that certain flag is faulty.. since it never changes to "learning."

Re: Learn Control

Aaaaa, yea, I have the same issue in my TP logs. Looking at the learn control bit flag, mostly stays "disabled". I checked and my BLMs/INT are changing. First made sure I wasnt in HM, so I would say something is up with that display flag.
