need some advice on some mild cahnges

I did a few things to my truck and am trying to get the hang of tuning. I would like to know is a good starting point on my AFR and timing. I am using a holley 502-9 65lb injectors, raised manifold, and a very mild cam (edlebrock 2102). I am having trouble finding info for AFR values and timing changes........ I am using a 16147060 BAAY setup on a 93 chevy k2500 5.7l tbi. any info is welcomed thanks>>>>>

Target stoich in closed loop to keep the 3-way cat happy. In PE mode, well, 12.8:1 is ideal for most N/A engines. But may need to enrich that to prevent the cat or engine from melting from prolonged WOT.

Timing, shoot for MBT without detonation. Then adjust for drive-ability.
