hey guys, im new not only to the forums but to the world of efi. i know how it works, but when it comes to tuning, ive never done any of it. ive just bought an 89 firebird formula with a 350 tbi swap (still 305 intake and tb). what do i need to start burning my own chips, can you provide links? any and all help is appreciated. sorry if i was supposed to post somewhere else :/

ive been looking through them, but is there a thread that explains what all of this is? PROMs, COMs, etc and how they all work together? any performance work i have ever done has been on older carbureted v8s. like i said, complete noob to the fuel injection world

yeah, thats what ive been looking at. i wish there were some local tuning shops. its hard to learn this kind of stuff over the com and looking through links. sorry for any hassle

check craigmoates.com and dynamicefi.com(see intro to tuning 1+2) and Tunerpro and tunercat. And stickies above. And on TBI board see "free tune" in stickies.

Ask specific questions here about what you read...
