Can bad memcal ruin a good ecm?
I figured this is the best board to ask. I have a tpi swap 305-350 car. The 350 ecm in it now is shot (tested car with working stock 305 ecm, worked fine). If I take the memcal out of the non-working 350 ecm and install it in the 305 ecm that works, could I ruin my only working unit? I've been creatively troubleshooting but at this point I don't want to ruin a good working part. Figure it's worth a shot to save a few bucks.
