1983 camaro z28 305 crossfire injection need to know prom code for ecm 1226026. cannot read code on prom except letters "ALL." also, engine cranks/turnsover but will not start. no fuel coming from either injectors.

ALL is for a '83, 5.0l, 700R4, federal emissions.
ECM needs to see distributor reference pulses in order to fire the injectors. Injectors require fuel pressure.
