Tune Me

Hey Guys

Im trying to get my car ready for the track this Friday and things are finally coming together at the last minute. Just recently went from hooker shorties and dynomax catback to OBX longtubes and y-pipe to a Magnaflow stainless catback. No Cat however yet. installed 3:73's and still need to change out drive/driven gears so speedo calibration is off. Just got my AEM wideband online with the awsome help of Craig Moates himself and his new 6E wideband ADX with is under development ( Ha! Im the first one to have it on this site!!)

Finally I can get down to business and tune this Mother F$%@*er!! Long story short, I have a general understanding of Tuning ( https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/diy-...good-tune.html ), but certainly won't be able to have this car even close to dialed in in 2 days without some help.

Please! Anyone with nothing better to do than help a total stranger out ther? I need some advice!

Thank you

Re: Tune Me

Technical difficulties.

Can't get BINs and XDLs to load on here. How do I convert them to an acceptable format?

Re: Tune Me

Can put them in a zip file.
Need to add some logging data to the upload of the bin, XDF, and ADX.
that way anyone can load up the files and see what you are seeing.

Re: Tune Me

The roads around me were pretty congested this afternoon so it was difficult to get a good run. This is all I got for today.

I should note that my camshaft has a decent amount of overlap which is really throwing off the true A/F ratio at idle and lower RPM's. I am aware I may have to stay in open loop down low. Exhaust at idle right now is extremely rich.

Re: Tune Me

Bummer. Holiday traffic yesterday made it nearly impossible (4hr backup) so we bumped it to today. Drove for 2 hours and the track got shut down for inclement weather 10 mins before we arrived. So no runs this weekend.

Good thing is I will have more time to tune before next weekend. Still looking for any advice if there is anyone willing to share?
