I have this memcal laying around and it is an AXCR with the sticker on the outside cover and not on the actual chip. Is this original or did someone alter it? I'm just asking because I haven't seen one with the bin sticker on the outside.

 

From time-to-time GM did put the sticker on the outside, I have a few that are that way.
