As I previously posted, with 30 lb. injectors, my ve's were maxed, and the blm's were still around 140. What I did was reduce the injector flow rate scalar from 30 lb/hr, to 25 lb/hr. The bpw tracks as expected, and after a few runs and corrections the blm's and ve's are reasonable. Next up is get a wide band and go after the PE tables.
