I want to buy some blank eproms so I can burn some chips for my car. I use the Moates adaptor and so I think I need a 2732A, or 27C128/256/512

I can't use UV so want machine wipeable. Found these but they don't look right.

I want to buy 10/20

My BIN size is 16kb so if I get a 128k one will I just need to re allocate on the chip?

Those will work but I wonder if they're subject to the widespread counterfeiting like the 27SF512 chips?

I've bought at least 20-30 27sf512 chips from moates and Xenocron over the last decade and so far all have performed fine for me.

I have also once found an even larger flash chip from an answering machine and just used a little perfboard and switches and made a cheap bin switcher.

 

Thanks for your help guys, I went with genuine chips from h2-tune as per Moates recommendation. Not going to risk it on a chip.
