If anybody has a ECM No 1227165 or the replacement ECM No 16198259 for sale, then let me know as over here in Scotland they are very scarce and expensive.

They go for ~US$35 - $45 in my area, when you can find them...I bought one from a Forum member about three months ago, for that...After looking in my favorite junkyard and not finding one...

You might also post over in the Corvetteforum.com C4 For Sale/Wanted area...The '86 to '88 Vette uses the 165 also...

BTW: Here's a site with 165 ECMs used by various Yank cars/trucks...Just don't try to use the memcal unless it's from a V8!

That's where I got my used replacement for £75.00 inc Shipping, Duty & Vat - Works perfectly and is better than paying £200.00

One just went for $15.00 yesterday but don't know if it worked.

Do a search on (GM, IROC, TRANS AM, Z28 etc) ECM
