BOSCH III 0280155710 Voltage Offsets

I have some BOSCH 0280155710 injectors and it appears from research they are very close in size to the 028155700 so the size is not a concern but the voltage offset is as I cannot find the voltage offset for this injector.

I did find this thread but nothing conclusive to what the offsets are: https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/diy-...155-710-a.html

Does anyone have this information?

Thank You

Re: BOSCH III 0280155710 Voltage Offsets

I did see this thread but it just lists the offsets for the 0280155700 and not the 0280155710. They seem to be very similar so I can start with these offsets.

Thanks

I've found that if you're close enough, you'll know it by how it runs. a few microseconds here or there can probably be tuned for without too much fanfare.

Great! Thanks Tuned Performance I did read through that thread before I got the injectors but it did not show up in searching because the part number was not complete.

Re: BOSCH III 0280155710 Voltage Offsets

What is the best way to fill in all the fields for offsets? I see interpolation based off the offsets you have using the XDF file I am using I have the below to fill in:

Is there a better XDF file to use? Does anyone have these already for these injectors? If not what is the best way to do interpolation?

I will be installing these injectors tomorrow.

you can search for online interpolation calculators like this one...

also note that the values provided by south bay are in milliseconds. you need to input them in microseconds.

simply multiply south bays values by 1000 prior to using them.

Re: BOSCH III 0280155710 Voltage Offsets

OK thank you. I came up with this:
VDC = uS
1.6 = 2714.47
3.2 = 2464.86
4.8 = 2215.25
6.4 = 1965.64
8.0 = 1716.03
9.6 = 1466.42
12.8 = 967.2
14.4 = 717.6
16.0 = 467.99
17.6 = 218.38
19.2 = -31.23

Re: BOSCH III 0280155710 Voltage Offsets

strange that their values stay constant above 14V... seems like typically there's always variation with voltage...

Earlier post from RBob on that other thread...
Originally Posted by RBob From what I've found on the 'net the 280-155-700 injector is a 19#/hr. But that is with a substitute liquid (not gasoline).

I'm not sure if I used the correct data sheet. As the 280-155-700 is a Bosch number which Ford doesn't use. I used the Ford 19 #/hr data.

With that here is the data for the injector at 44 psi, values in mSec:

6.4 V: 3.07851247
8.0 V: 1.85340073
9.6 V: 1.30766195
11.2 V: 0.99121428
12.8 V: 0.76537403
14.4 V: 0.60906068
15.0 V: 0.55248610*

Can round as required and extrapolate from the 14.4 V and 15 V for the 16 V entry.

Minimum PW is: 0.853 mSec

RBob.

I thought it was strange also so I started with 13 and 12 volts to start the interpolation. I found this calculator: https://www.shodor.org/os411/courses...ion/index.html

Re: BOSCH III 0280155710 Voltage Offsets

I am now running S_AUJP V5 bin and the XDF does not show the same table as I posted above and doing a search for injector, offset, or correction does not find this table. I copied the old bin that had this over to this one that had this.

I am on the road now with the car and warm start has extended cranking time and it seems like opening the throttle helps any idea what I can change? I brought everything with to make changes.

Thank You
