This may be outdated and probably in the wrong section (if so could a mod please move it? Thanks!) I had to replace a cable on my old module as I was selling my car that had the Accel DFI gen 7 in it and when I went to show the new owner it wouldnt connect for the first time since I have had it (about 10 years) So after trying a few things and still no luck I tore the sealed module apart (lots of what I think was electrical grade silicone) and stripped it down to the board. I have now soldered on a new female DB9 cable and I took some hi res pics while I have it in case there is any interest for people that it may be able to help. I would post the pics but thought leaving them high res is the best way to go. Is it worth the time or is this an antiquated system? Here is a peek... I have better ones.
