Strange issue using Tuner Pro RT

Hello All. I've used Tuner Pro RT many times before and have never had any issues. So definitely not a newbie when it comes to using it. Went to go use it again last weekend, and for some reason, I can't see gauges/history tables. The only thing I seem to be able to show is the parameter setup (please see attached file for what I'm getting).

I've erased TP RT from my computer, reinstalled it, and even got a new .adx file to use. I fire it up......same thing. When I go to the toolbar and try to get gauges/history tables/etc, a new window seems like it's trying to pop up (computer shows another screen trying to open), but when I click on the 'new' window, nothing is there and it shoots me back to the main screen. These new windows do show the name of what I'm trying to bring up.....whether it be gauges or tables or whatever.

Any ideas of why this is happening? For me, the gauges and history info is the most important thing to see while I'm data logging. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Strange issue using Tuner Pro RT

When strange things occur, it is usually an anti-virus program that is interfering.

RBob.

Re: Strange issue using Tuner Pro RT

I'm a long time user and I'm having a similar issue all of a sudden. Been a few months since I did any OBD1 tuning, get back in today and I'm having trouble datalogging. I can get streamed data from the dashboard tab, but the data lists tab is just squares and funny symbols and wont display any data. Rbob, think this is a similar issue?
