How the NBo2 Sensor Controls Fuel Delivery
Have recently updated the subject document. Despite the document specifically addressing the $8d AUJP code and calibration, the concepts apply equally to both MAF and other SD masks.

Thanks guys for the kind words, but will leave the education to RBob. As I've said before, he's probably forgotten more than I'll ever know! Am merely posting the result of investigating and documenting things not understood. So reviewed the code line by line until it made sense. No reason to not share the results.
