I have looked everywhere and nothing. How can you test an ECM or the prom. Need to know bad. Everyones advice would help.

When you car is running right grab a couple junkyard ones and test them to make sure things are right. Over time I've collected several and only when the prices are right.

The other answer is building an ecm bench where you can dial in all the inputs, and with software watch what the ecms does woth the info..
