What the H..... is going on?

Ok guys I have increased the injector constant to 28 lbs/hr and still no improvement on blm. They are still very rich. I have the pressure at 40 psi and can't go any lower due to the regulator. The specs are in the sig. Any suggestion to what might be causing this is more than welcome. I am afraid something might not be working right and do not want to run it anymore until I can get a good answer of why. I should also add that I have a heated o2 sensor in the exhaust about 6" after the drivers side collector. Could this be the problem. The O2 acts normal and bounces at idle as it did when the car was stock. Please help.

Are you running the $6E code (ARAP)? And is this an overall rich condition or is it just rich at idle?
