Here's the deal. I live in md and just got a camaro. My camaro does not run off the computer, so that means it does not have all the scensors or emission stuff on it. Just got a statement in the mail saying they want to test my car for emissions. See my problem!!! I don't think it will pass. It has a 350 boared 30 over. No smog pump or anything. Not even the oxegen scensor is hooked up. Can anyone tell me is there any way to get my car to pass md's emission test. Has anyone done it?? This isn't really related to programming your own PROMs unless you already have the PROM burning equipment and you are asking about programming your PROM for emissions. Somehow I don't think that is the case.
