Light Relay

I have a 1989 Firebird v6. When my headlights are on, the right turn signal light remains off. When I put the right turn signal on, the light flashes. I also have the right turn arrow indicator on my dash board remain on (doesn't flash) when my headlights are on. I figure there is a short somewhere, but I can't figure out where. I had the 3 prong wire connector behind my right headlight replaced because when my brights were on, the right headlight stayed off. It works now. Any suggestions on where to look for a short or what could be causing this. Thanks.

It may be a loose ground wire. Check the ground from those lights at the chassis.
