ok, heres the deal, i took the A/c of of my car , and that made it so my electric fan wouldnt come on, so i wired up a switch from the fan in side the car, and jumped a hot from the wipers (25 amp fuse) and as of now i have melted 5 toggle switchs, whats the problem, and what can i do to fix it?

 

the electric fans pull ALOT of current, probably too much for any standard switch, you will probably have to install a relay similar to what you would use on a set of off-road lights.
