Help have lit dummy light what is it?

Help have lit dummy light what is it?
On my 87 Firebird to the right of the check engine light is another light that looks like \ with a dot in the center of it. WHAT IS IT??

Thanks guys, that would figure since the butterflies were shut when I first bought it and the guy said the fuel pump was out. The funny thing is, I stuck a peice of wood in it and cranked her right up and drove it home. After I offered him 500 dollars for it.....LOL :rockon:
